I've spent 11+ years building systems at Google and Roblox — PM consulting comes from that direct experience, not theory. For automation and language work, I bring the same rigor I applied to enterprise-scale pipelines and years of translation practice.

Product Management

I help teams and individuals navigate the full PM lifecycle — from raw problem definition through roadmap, spec, and execution. Most useful for:

• Regulatory & compliance PM: translating legal obligations (DSA, CMA, AB 587, etc.) into product requirements

Automation & Data

I design and build automation that replaces high-stakes manual processes with reliable, repeatable systems. Past work includes cutting a 60–80 person-hour compliance reporting cycle to under 5 hours, and saving $50k+ in vendor time via a Chrome Extension that processed tens of thousands of cases.

Language Acquisition

I've studied Japanese, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), and Korean to professional proficiency, and I've spent years helping others build structured, efficient language learning practices. I focus on practical fluency — reading, speaking, and professional use — not just test preparation.

• Japanese: all levels, with particular depth in literary, legal, and technical registers
• Chinese (Mandarin): conversational through professional; classical Chinese on request
• Korean: conversational and written; reading and listening emphasis
• Study system design: SRS setup, resource selection, reading ladders, immersion strategy
• Professional language use: email, business communication, document reading in target language
